What we collect

When you fill in the form, you give us and we store:

  • Your name, phone number and email address if you give one
  • Your trade and how long you have worked in it
  • The date you could start
  • Your country of residence and legal status (citizenship or residence permit)
  • Whether you are currently insured in Lithuania (Sodra)
  • The certificates you hold, their numbers and expiry dates
  • Previous employers and the sites you have worked on
  • Languages, driving licence categories and the work you do
  • Your CV if you upload one, and your LinkedIn profile link if you give one
  • How you heard about us
  • Technical data: IP address, browser information, language, the page you arrived on, and advertising campaign tags

Why we process it

  • To contact you and assess whether you suit the projects we are recruiting for
  • To contact you about other suitable positions — only if you gave separate consent for that

Legal basis

Consent in both cases, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

Who we share it with

  • Our clients — only when a specific position is being discussed, and with your knowledge
  • Our hosting provider, which processes the data solely on our instructions

We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

Transfers outside the EU

Your data is stored and processed within the European Union only. We do not transfer it outside the EU.

How long we keep it

  • If you agreed that we may contact you about other positions — 24 months from the day you submitted the form
  • If you did not give that consent — 6 months from the day you submitted the form

You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Have inaccurate data corrected
  • Have your data erased
  • Restrict how we process your data
  • Receive your data in a common format and move it to another controller
  • Withdraw your consent at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI)
